I was reading about the judge that ruled killing constitutional (I also think killing is a constitutional right reserved for the individual, like everyone else in Texas). He says:
Kopf had expressed serious reservations about the new law during the hearing, saying, "It seems to me the law is highly suspect, if not a per se violation of the Constitution."
He said the law appears to have a "serious vagueness problem," and that the congressional record of debate on the bill did not reflect an objective presentation of facts.
Does anyone know why the vicious communist thieving monkeys that wrote our constitution decided to create a judicial branch? After that cool commie stabbing move by the judge above, I decided to take a glance at the Federalist Toilet Papers, and here is what they say:
Whoever attentively considers the different departments of power must perceive, that, in a government in which they are separated from each other, the judiciary, from the nature of its functions, will always be the least dangerous to the political rights of the Constitution; because it will be least in a capacity to annoy or injure them. The Executive not only dispenses the honors, but holds the sword of the community. The legislature not only commands the purse, but prescribes the rules by which the duties and rights of every citizen are to be regulated. The judiciary . . . may truly be said to have neither FORCE nor WILL, but merely judgment; and must ultimately depend upon the aid of the executive arm even for the efficacy of its judgments.
This simple view of the matter suggests several important consequences. It proves incontestably, that the judiciary is beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power; that it can never attack with success either of the other two . . . that . . . the general liberty of the people can never be endangered from that quarter;
Huh? Are these crack monkeys insane? What kind of insane statement is that? Here is a trivial counter example: Congress passes law to kill all jooooooos. Jew sues to stop law. Jew loses case. President kills all joooooos. How is killing a Jew not against the Jew citizen's right to life liberty and pursuit of happiness? The fact of the matter is, congress passes crappy laws 95% of the time. The outraged citizens go to the judiciary to get these crappy unconstitutional laws overturned. The judicial branch denies them. The president carries out the law. This is a recipe for efficient mass murder, not protection of individual rights.
Personally, I prefer a system where if you, a legislator, successfully pass a law, any law, you get shot. Then we KNOW for sure they really meant the law and the law is important.
More:
The complete independence of the courts of justice is peculiarly essential in a limited Constitution. By a limited Constitution, I understand one which contains certain specified exceptions to the legislative authority; such, for instance, as that it shall pass no bills of attainder, no ex-post-facto laws, and the like. Limitations of this kind can be preserved in practice no other way than through the medium of the courts of justice, whose duty it must be to declare all acts contrary to the manifest tenor of the Constitution void. Without this, all the reservations of particular rights or privileges would amount to nothing.
Huh? How the hell can you smoke so much crack at once??? Independence from what??? Stupidity??? Last I heard, there was no way to declare independence from that!
Anyway, it goes on in this way for pages and pages, trying to justify why we need more British wig wearing communist cross dressers.
The judicial branch is an obvious farce. How the hell is getting an intermediate law interpreter (i.e. someone who is not the one that has the gun) any safer than having the guy with the gun making the decisions? Its not!!!! It just leads to miscommunication and ambiguity. I bet those British wig wearing cross dressers paid the crack monkeys some bribes to get this elite set of middle men put into the constitution. Because of these crack monkeys, we are exactly like Iran, with their religious law interpreting middlemen.
This is what we are going to get when we set up a system exactly like the one in Iran:
The marriage age for girls has been reduced to 9 years of age.
"The most suitable time for a girl to get married is the time when the girl can have her first menstrual period in her husband's house rather than her father's." - Ayatollah Khomeini
"The specific task of women in this society is to marry and bear children. They will be discouraged from entering legislative, judicial, or what ever careers which may require decision making, as women lack the intellectual ability and discerning judgment required for theses careers." - Ayatollah Mutahari
Men sit in the front of the bus while women sit in the back. Married couples are not allowed to sit together in the public transportation.
Men and women are not allowed to swim, ski, play tennis, or perform any sports together, even if they are related to each other.
Married couples, brothers and sisters, fathers and daughters, mothers and sons and other kin related must have the proof of kinship at all times.
Single women are not allowed to rent a car, hotel room, travel alone or marry foreigners without the permission of the governmental officials.
Women are only to see female doctors and dentists and are to be tought by female teachers and professors. In a country that education is denied for women, it be difficult to find female of any profession. This only proves that the Islamic Republic has no respect for women and their lives.
Men cannot study gynecology and obstetrics. Men are not allowed to examine the reproductive part of women.
Women who slightly break the rules of hijab are given a document to sign which requires them to admit to prostitution and for this they are flagellated 150 times.
People are not allowed to have music, dancing, parties or any other social gathering even in the privacy of their own homes.
The only thing married couples are allowed to do together is to bread and they have been quite successful at it. In the past 16 years the population of Iran has doubled from 35 million to nearly 70 million with approximately five million living abroad.
The only things the Islamic Republic has brought to the Iranian people are poverty, pain and misery. We, the freedom loving Iranian people, condemn the barbaric Government of Islamic Republic and ask for helping hands from all freedom fighters all over the globe in order to separate church and state in Iran, to establish the Universal Human Rights as declared by the United Nations 1948 General Assembly, to bring about the equality between men and women of Iran and to abolish the sexual apartheid.
Notice how even the outraged Iranians look up to the United Nations - the social club for mass murdering joooooo hating dictators. Well, commie see, commie do.
Stab them all now for being contradictory hypocrites. Let no single human on this earth go unstabbed!
